This may include items such as poorly fitted or unsecured windows or doors, fascias, guttering, window or conservatory trims, leaking seals, loose leadwork, decorative bars fixed to glass, rotting frames, flaking paint, or damaged/open trickle vents.

Gutter and UPVC cleaning

We provide gutter cleaning services using a high-powered vacuum system, designed to safely and effectively remove leaves and larger debris, allowing your gutters to flow freely. Please note that this service focuses on clearing blockages; the internal surfaces of gutters are not wiped clean.

Where requested, we are happy to provide photos and/or videos of the completed work. This can be discussed prior to the service and supplied upon request. While the time required to complete gutter clearing may vary depending on the condition of the gutters, all prices quoted are fixed, regardless of how long the work takes.

Access

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe and clear access around the property for our team, including the removal of any obstructions prior to our arrival.

Neighbouring Properties

If your guttering is connected to a neighbouring property and their gutters contain debris, there is a risk that material may enter your system after it has been cleaned. To help prevent this, we strongly recommend that all connected guttering systems are cleaned at the same time.

We cannot accept responsibility for debris entering your gutters from neighbouring properties following completion of our service.

Pressure washing

We offer a comprehensive range of pressure washing services, including but not limited to residential property cleaning, commercial property maintenance, driveway and pathway cleaning, and deck and patio restoration.
