To ensure we provide the highest level of care and “Quality Without Compromise,” we have outlined the terms of our professional relationship. These guidelines define our commitment to safety, our service standards, and the responsibilities we share with our residential and commercial clients. Please review these details to understand how Trident Exterior Cleaning Ltd delivers excellence on every project.
We are fully covered by public liability insurance and always take great care when working at your property. However, we cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise due to existing wear, damage, or defects. This may include items such as poorly fitted or unsecured windows or doors, fascias, guttering, window or conservatory trims, leaking seals, loose leadwork, decorative bars fixed to glass, rotting frames, flaking paint, or damaged/open trickle vents.
We provide gutter cleaning services using a high-powered vacuum system, designed to safely and effectively remove leaves and larger debris, allowing your gutters to flow freely. Please note that this service focuses on clearing blockages; the internal surfaces of gutters are not wiped clean.
Where requested, we are happy to provide photos and/or videos of the completed work. This can be discussed prior to the service and supplied upon request. While the time required to complete gutter clearing may vary depending on the condition of the gutters, all prices quoted are fixed, regardless of how long the work takes.
We are able to carry out gutter cleaning in most weather conditions; however, for safety reasons, we will not work during torrential rain or high winds. If weather conditions are unsuitable, we will contact you promptly to rearrange your service at the earliest opportunity.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe and clear access around the property for our team, including the removal of any obstructions prior to our arrival.
If your guttering is connected to a neighbouring property and their gutters contain debris, there is a risk that material may enter your system after it has been cleaned. To help prevent this, we strongly recommend that all connected guttering systems are cleaned at the same time.
We cannot accept responsibility for debris entering your gutters from neighbouring properties following completion of our service.
We offer a comprehensive range of pressure washing services, including but not limited to residential property cleaning, commercial property maintenance, driveway and pathway cleaning, and deck and patio restoration.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made with less notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Our pricing is competitive and based on several factors, including the size of the area to be cleaned, the type of surface, and the level of dirt or buildup present. We also take in to consideration the drainage and water pressure at your property. All prices will be agreed upon in advance.
To help us deliver the best possible service, we ask that clients ensure access to the property during the scheduled service time, remove or secure any valuable or fragile items from areas being cleaned, and provide clear and safe access for our equipment and team.
We take pride in our work and aim to deliver excellent results every time. If you are not completely satisfied with the service, please let us know, and we will address any concerns promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
We carry out roof cleaning services as outlined in the quotation provided. The services may include manual roof scraping, pressure washing, the application of a biocide or soft-wash treatment, and the removal of moss, algae, lichen, and surface debris, depending on what has been agreed in the quotation
Any additional work not specified in the original quotation will be subject to additional charges.
Manual Roof Scraping
Manual scraping involves the physical removal of moss and debris using hand tools. While care is taken, this method may dislodge loose or pre-damaged tiles, ridge caps, or pointing that were already compromised prior to cleaning.
Pressure Washing
Pressure washing is carried out using controlled water pressure appropriate for the roof type. The Client acknowledges that pressure washing may expose existing defects such as cracked tiles, weakened pointing, damaged membranes, or leaks that were not visible prior to cleaning.
The Company will not be held responsible for pre-existing damage revealed during or after pressure washing. An inspection using a licensed drone will be conducted prior to any roof cleaning, this footage will be available upon request.
Where included, a biocide or chemical treatment is applied to inhibit regrowth of moss, algae, and lichen. Results are gradual and may take several weeks or months to become fully visible depending on weather conditions.
No guarantee is given on the length of time the roof will remain free from organic growth, as regrowth depends on environmental factors beyond the Company’s control.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, undetected leaks, loose, brittle, or damaged tiles, or deteriorated mortar, flashing, or membranes.
Any damage identified during the work will be reported to the Client as soon as reasonably possible.
Access to the roof may be achieved using roof ladders, scaffolding, mobile access towers, or cherry pickers, depending on site conditions and safety requirements.
The Company reserves the right to change the access method if deemed necessary for safety. Any additional access costs not included in the original quotation will be discussed with the Client prior to proceeding.
The Client agrees to provide clear and safe access to the property, including driveways and work areas. Vehicles, fragile items, and garden furniture should be moved away from the work area prior to commencement.
The Company accepts no responsibility for minor mess or debris resulting from roof cleaning, though reasonable efforts will be made to tidy the site upon completion.
Roof cleaning is weather dependent. The Company reserves the right to reschedule work due to adverse weather conditions without penalty.
Payment terms will be as stated on the quotation or invoice. Full payment is due upon completion of works unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By accepting the quotation or allowing work to commence, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
